Laem Fa Pha Canal (Pom Phra Chul) Bridge

The construction project of the bridge across the Laem Pha Phra Chul canal near Pom Phra Chul is part of the Phra Samut Chedi Bridge project, currently under construction. It starts near Rama 2 Road and ends at Bang Na-Trat Road. The project is divided into several phases and involves the Laem Pha Phra and Pom Phra Chul areas.

This area is an industrial and warehouse zone, therefore the bridge is being constructed to alleviate congestion and distribute traffic flow, reducing traffic jams during peak hours. It will also improve the efficiency of goods transportation and logistics, and support urban and economic development plans, including the development of the Pak Nam Port and its connection to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). This bridge is therefore essential infrastructure to support future growth.
