Uniting the Power of K.C. Concrete: Recap & 2026 KPI Strategy – Moving Forward Together as One Organization

On December 25, 2025, K.C. Concrete Group gathered representatives from every factory and department for the "Second Half Recap". The event aimed to review our collective efforts over the past six months, exchange perspectives, and collaborate on setting the KPI guidelines for 2026, ensuring alignment across all parties.

Representatives from all affiliated factories attended in full force, including:

• Prachinburi Province: Prachinburi Branch, Kabinburi Industrial Estate Branch, and 304 Industrial Estate Branch.

• Chachoengsao Province: Plaeng Yao Branch and Gateway City Industrial Estate Branch.

• Nakhon Pathom Province: Nakhon Pathom Branch.

Recap: Authentic Sharing & Straight Talk The first session focused on summarizing the performance of the second half of the year. Everyone had the opportunity to share achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from actual operations. The atmosphere was casual and open-minded, fostering a better understanding of cross-functional work, clarifying the organizational overview, and sparking ideas for future collaboration.

Setting 2026 KPIs: One Goal, Reaching It Together Another crucial segment was the joint analysis and planning of KPIs for 2026. The focus was on unifying all departments toward a single goal—not just individual performance, but the success of the entire organization. Key consensus points included:

• Continuous improvement of product and service quality.

• Strengthening inter-departmental connectivity.

• Moving in the same direction with a unified organizational goal.

Ending with Joy: Christmas & Year-End Party 🎄 After the intensive discussions, it was time to unwind at the Christmas and Year-End Party. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, filled with delicious food, laughter, and a fun lucky draw under the theme “Kor Kai” (Thai Alphabet K/Chicken), bringing smiles to everyone throughout the night. The event was held at Na Bang Kung Thung Khao Restaurant, Prachinburi.
